Read all class descriptions to see what to wear and bring to class.
New students are encouraged to come to class 5 minutes early and all students may not arrive more than 10 minutes late!
Failure to cancel your reservation within 1 hour of class will result in losing that class and a $15 No-Show fee.

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Intro to Pole

Tuesday

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Pole & Floor Dance in Heels
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Flexibility (All Levels)

Wednesday

9:30 am - 10:30 am: Pole 1
10:30 am - 11:30 am: Flexibility (All Levels)
11:30 am - 12:30 pm - Intro to Pole
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Pole 2
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Pole-a-Graphy (Pole Level 2 & Up)

Thursday

9:00 am - 10:00 am: Intro to Pole
10:00 am - 11:00 am: Pole 2/Pole 3
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Pole 4
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Pole Silkii (Pole Level 1 & Up)
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Pole 1

Friday

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Dance Fitness (All Levels)
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Flexibility (All Levels)
7:30 pm - 8:15 pm: Intro to Pole

Saturday

2:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Pole Strength (All Levels)
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Flexibility (All Levels)
